New Development Corp works only in the north end of Grand Rapids, generally considered north of Michigan and Bridge Streets. We have target areas in the Creston, Belknap and Stocking neighborhoods but will work where opportunity knocks on the north end. We look for houses that are in distress to reclaim them for sale to low and moderate-income homebuyers.
